  • 3 lemon
  • 2 cup water

Process to make flu shot or juice which protect from flu

  • Cut into pieces garlic and squeeze lemon.
  • Now add cup of water and leave this mixture for some time.
  • Now flu shot ½ cup in morning and ½ cup in evening.
  • Repeat this process to next day.
  • Because of garlic odor, it is best to drink flu shot in weekend.

Process to make lemon garlic tea

  • Boil cup of water and add chop garlic.
  • Then leave for 30 to 40 minutes until it become cool.
  • After that add lemon juice.
  • Now drink ½ cup of tea two in a day.
