Young female is writing notes and planning her schedule.

A tribal girl working as a domestic help in Ranchi, decides to quit her studies after she flunks twice in class IV at a tender age of ten. Her father and mother both support her decision, while her voice within persists her to continue her school so that she grows to become a ‘sarpanch’ (village head) who advises one and all. Short on almost everything, this girl gets a gift of her life from the house where she worked. The gift that she barely could hold, with tears in her eyes, were a full set of class-V books, a paid school-fee receipt and an Encyclopaedia so colourful with pictures and interesting facts that she laughed her way to pass class X, XII and BA, all with above average marks. Then she got through the State Public Service Commission Examination and is today not only happy doing her job, but continues her knowledge quest to advise several others.

So, somewhere is the place; sometime is the period and someone is the inspiring personality that subsists in your mind space while you are still toying with the idea of your life and career, to achieve what you wish to achieve. All these ‘some’ actually get woven together and make you feel satiated and happy if you happen to decide and act at the right place, at the right moment and with the right support system. But in the present times of chilling competition, what becomes all the more crucial is getting one-self empowered. You can get yourself empowered with money, with networking and with tip-toeing the already empowered. But to our understanding these are short-lived and disconcerting. Education is one of the most significant empowering resources ever. It is yours to keep forever. What Resultview is trying to do is to help both you and also us in the process of learning; to help both you and also us in getting knowledgably empowered.

Resultview is conceptualized to carve a niche in the competitive examination domain that essentially leads to recruitment, obviously in various sectors. Addressing the glaring problem of unemployment where globally there are over 81 million young people looking out for jobs, the most ever according to ILO 2009 estimates; this magazine will strive for mitigating the effects thereof. While there would be advisories, interviews, experts speak and inspiring stories, they would all attempt to address issues of employment.

Good Luck!
