Bollywood Actor Salman Khan Jailed for Five years in Hit-and-run caseMumbai Sessions Court convicted and sentenced five years to Bollywood actor Salman Khan for Hit-and-run case. Salman was taken into custody. Being told that Salman is now sent to the Arthur Road Jail directly from the court. Salman now has to approach Bombay High Court for bail appeal. All the charges are proved against Salman Khan. The court said that Salman Khan was driving drunk, he is guilty for the murder. Now Salman’s lawyer will filed bail application in the Bomaby High Court.

Earlier Salman’s lawyer has given the Medical certificate into the Court. The Lawyer said that no hard punishment should be given to Salman. Although the public Prosecutor asked for maximum 10 years sentence for Salman, while Salman’s lawyer appealed for three year sentence.

Salman has been convicted under section Court:

Section 304(A) – Any deaths due to negligence, under this section a maximum of two years imprisonment or fine or both may be.

Section 279 – Negligent Driving, This stream may be six months imprisonment or fine or both.

Section 337 – A Movement from which to injured or endangers others life, under this section may be six months imprisonment or fine or both.

Section 338 – Serious injury or endanger to others due to an act, under this Section two years imprisonment or a fine or both.

Salman Khan has imposed a fine of 25 thousand. Salman was taken into custody for carryin into jail. Before going to prision, Salman will be taken to the JJ Hospital. After the decision Salman’s family objected.

After many ups and downs and 12 years old filed in this case the judge DW Deshpande ruled against 49-years old actor Salman. On this occasion, Salman and his family were present in court. Court said, Salman Khan were driving drunk and did not having driving license.
