Milk and yogurt may keep bones stronger and healthier

A new study has shown that dairy products such as milk and yogurt are helpful in strengthening the hip bones. Harvard University certified Institute for Aging Research (IFAR), Shivani Sahni said, “Low fat foods such as milk and yogurt can increase the level of protein, calcium and Vitamin D in body.”
According to the journal “Archives of Osteoporosis” Sahni said, “Dairy products contain many nutrients that are beneficial to the bones.”
Dairy products such as milk cream, ice cream contain low nutrients and it contains high level of fat and sugar.
The study has been revealed that the people who eat milk and yogurt every day, their bones are stronger and healthier.
IFAR’s researcher has given the food habits related questionnaires to 3212 people. Based on the obtained data, researchers explored the effects of dairy products on bone.
This study was supported by the idea that nutritious foods are helpful in the bone diseases.
